Marathon 8.00am
Entry: Affiliated £43 Unaffiliated £45

Starting at Osmington Mills, the ultra-distance runners will be chasing you down as they come from the cliffs behind you! Your route intertwines with the ultramarathon route to make it back to Freshwater Beach before them. Taking in some spectacular scenery and views from the amazing Jurassic Coast, including Bowleaze Cove, Langton Herring, West Bexington and Cogden Beach.

For the safety of our runners, we are being strict on the cut-off times. Please ensure when booking that you’re able to complete 20 miles in 5 hours 40 minutes, which will mean you’ll reach our Lovestation™ by 1.45pm. If you fail to achieve this, you’ll be removed from the race for safety reasons.

Half Marathon 8.00am
Entry: Affiliated £33 Unaffiliated £35

Going the opposite way on day two, you’ll take in scenery along West Bay, Seatown, St Gabreil’s Wood and Golden Cap, Dorset’s highest climb, before returning to Freshwater Beach to finish. You will be running mainly on the Dorset section of the South West Coast Path and some inland trails; the route is predominantly tracks, paths and fields. This is the toughest of the five races, with a whooping elevation of 3,000ft but some spectacular views when you get to the top of those climbs. Not for the fainthearted.

10K 8:30am
Entry: Affiliated £27 Unaffiliated £29

As with the half marathon on day two, you will be taking in the scenery along West Bay and Eype. The 10k (ish) route goes along to Thorncombe Beacon where you then start to return along the cliff path to Freshwater Beach to finish. A grueling route with a few climbs to reach the top of the cliffs and some steep descents, but well worth the effort for the amazing views along the coast.

What is the Jurassic Coast?

The different rocks along the Jurassic Coast have been carved by the sea into bays, beaches, cliffs, stacks, arches and landslides. This marvellous variety in the landscape helps create the natural beauty of the area and makes the Jurassic Coast an inspirational place to explore.
